3.1 OverviewFrom the years of establishment, Compound Builders International Construction Co, CBICC has provided comprehensive program and construction management services. Since our founding in 2010, we have served a growing clientele including public and private owners, government agencies, developers, utilities and sureties. Throughout our history, our corporate mission has never varied.

3.2 ObjectiveOur primary objective is to insure that our clients' projects are completed successfully, profitably, and at a minimum risk through the control of time, cost, and quality. Other objectives includes, Identification of rehabilitation needs, to provide engineering service to the donor agencies for rehabilitation of the nation of Afghanistan, to convey donor’s assistance to the nation of Afghanistan though implementing rehabilitation projects without discrimination, to provide opportunities for employment and skill development in Afghanistan. 3.3 Company PolicyCBICC was established in 2010 and is registered with the relevant ministries of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, as well as with the United Nations and other international organizations. As an implementing company, CBICC will obey all the laws of construction and government institutions, donor agencies.
